To engage our services or acquire products, complete the process through our online platform. For inquiries, please use Contact Form.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars. Payment methods accepted include credit card and bank transfer. Fee details are displayed at the time of checkout.

5. Modification and Scheduling

Requests to shift a scheduled service must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to the original date. Approved scheduling changes incur no extra charge when timing permits; otherwise, additional fees may apply.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund provisions vary by category as detailed below:

6.1 Professional Services

Clients may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase provided no significant work has begun. Significant work includes detailed analysis of submitted contract documents. Once significant work is underway, refunds are not available.

6.2 Informational Products

Digital products are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Submit requests via Contact Form. After 20% usage, refunds are not available due to the ease of duplication.

6.3 Physical Goods

For printed materials or merchandise, clients may request a refund within 7 days of delivery by sending items back in original, unused condition. Clients support shipping costs on non-defective shipments. Defective items will be swapd at no extra charge.

7. Refund Procedures

To initiate a refund, send a written request via our Contact Form including your order reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

8. No-Refund Justification

Certain services require immediate allocation of professional time and resources, making post-commencement refunds unfeasible. This policy ensures fairness and compensates for work already performed on your behalf.

9. Updates to Terms

homedeallex reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or site announcement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
